2.2 Sleep State Management
OFFCHIP_PWD_L pin assertion immediately brings the chip to this state.
Sleep clock is disabled.
No state is preserved.

Any wakeup events (MAC, host, LF timer, GPIO interrupt) force a transition to WAKEUP.
